Tennis falls in sectional final; Cherry/King advance

The New Palestine tennis team won its sectional semifinal match Friday, beating Eastern Hancock 4-1, with Megan Long, Eliza Adams, Claire Cherry/Josee King and Ashley Truman/Sheridan Schrowe all winning their matches. The Dragons then fell 4-1 to Mt. Vernon in the title match. Cherry/King won their match and will advance in the individual tournament.
