Wrestlers drop close match

The New Palestine wrestling team dropped a close 39-36 dual to Cathedral on Wednesday night at NPHS. The Dragons had seven winners. Noah Grable and Alec White won by decision. Jalyn Wallace, Jared Timberman, Chad Red Jr. and Noah Glover all won by fall. Cameron Diep received a forfeit.

The New Palestine girls basketball team used a strong fourth quarter to pull away from Shelbyville in a 48-31 road victory Tuesday night. Seven Dragons named All-State

  Seven New Palestine football players have been named to All-State football teams. Five members of the 15-0 state championship New Palestine football team were named to the Associated Press All-State team on Thursday. Two Dragons were selected to the IFCA’s Top 50 statewide team, a third was selected to the IFCA Senior All-State team,
