The New Palestine girls volleyball team had a comfortable 25-9, 25-12, 25-9 victory Tuesday at Shelbyville, giving head coach Kelli Gabehart a milestone 300th career coaching victory. Azure Flagle had 21 digs and four aces to lead the Dragons on the back row. Natalie Sevier added 11 digs and nine kills. Kennedy Armstrong had eight digs, while Adelynn Crispin had seven digs and six kills. Emersyn Robinson added three digs. On the attack, Hayden Ramsey had 12 kills. Caylee Brown added nine kills and Cara Steele five. Sam Gooding tallied 34 assists and Paige Trimpe six. The Dragons are now 25-4 on the season and 5-1 in HHC play. They next play Thursday at home against Mt. Vernon in the regular season finale.
