The New Palestine boys soccer team dropped a 5-2 decision to Roncalli in Monday's sectional opener at Franklin Central. Paxton Holmes scored midway through the first half to give the Dragons the lead, but the Royals would find the equalizer and eventually pull away in the second half. The Dragons finish their season with a 9-8 record.
