New Palestine High School

The New Palestine boys golf team finished second in Tuesday's Triton Central Invitational at Hawk's Tail. The Dragons shot 345 in the sectional tune-up on the course that will host Monday's opening round of the IHSAA tournament. Alex Cofer led the Dragons with an 83. Luke Cofer shot 84, Landon Beaty 87 and Nick Barada 91. Joey McPike's 92 was the fifth score.
