New Palestine High School

The New Palestine boys volleyball team finished as the runner-up in the first-ever IBVCA sectional Saturday at Roncalli. The Dragons beat Beech Grove 25-16, 25-14, 25-18 in the semifinal round, their second consecutive year winning their tournament opener. In the championship match, the Dragons fell to No. 1 overall seed Roncalli 25-9, 25-7, 25-9. The Dragons finish their second season 12-16, an improvement of seven wins over their inaugural season in 2022.
