The New Palestine girls tennis team dropped a 5-0 decision Tuesday at Greensburg. All five matches were in straight sets. The Dragons' best performance came from Emily Appleby/Maddy Potter at No. 2 doubles, as they fell 6-3, 6-4. Olivia Hasenkamp fell 6-1, 6-4, Kaitlyn Mitchell dropped a 6-3, 6-2 decision and Mia Knoop lost 6-3, 6-3 at singles. At No. 1 doubles, Bethany Blachly/Josephine Harvey dropped a 6-1 ,6-3 decision. The Dragons JV won 3-1, with Courtney Johnson, Maizy Haynes and Amelia Schneider/Kenzie Kleiman all winning. The Dragons (11-7) are next in action Thursday at home against Whiteland.
