The New Palestine girls golf team shot 390 Saturday to finish third in the 14-team Connersville Invitational at Arbor Crossing. Katie Kelley finished third overall with an 84. Lauren Deering added a 92. Matti Tiede-White and Tessa Mohr each shot 107. Carlee Poorbaugh carded a 113 as the fifth score. Mt. Vernon won the tourney with a 373. Franklin Central was second with a 386. The Dragons are next in action Monday at The Links against Fishers.
