New Palestine High School

The New Palestine girls volleyball team took command from the start Thursday, sweeping Greenfield-Central 25-13, 25-17, 25-11. Azure Flagle led the Dragons defense with 23 digs. Kennedy Armstrong had 12 digs and an ace, while Adelynn Crispin had eight digs and four aces. Natalie Sevier tallied 12 kills, seven digs, two blocks and four aces. Cara Steele added eight kills and six digs. Hayden Ramsey had seven kills and an ace. Caylee Brown tallied six kills. Sam Gooding had 28 assists. The Dragons are now 7-2 overall and 1-0 in HHC play. They next play Wednesday at Lutheran.
