New Palestine High School

The New Palestine boys soccer team dropped a 5-3 decision Saturday at Lawrence Central, snapping a two-game winning streak for the Dragons. The Dragons led 2-0 at the break, but conceded five goals in the second half. Cole Christopher scored twice. Paxton Holmes also tallied a goal for the Dragons. Noah Diaz de Leon and Liam Day had assists. The Dragons are now 3-2 on the season. They next play Tuesday at Mt. Vernon.
