New Palestine High School

The New Palestine girls soccer team dominated New Castle Thursday in the Dragons' conference opener, beating the Trojans 9-0 at Kelso Stadium. All nine of the Dragons' goals came in the opening half. Hannah Sund continued her hot scoring, tallying five goals to give her 15 for the season in four games. Gabbie Brown added two goals and three assists. Shaylee Frank had a goal and an assist. Addison Lindell also scored for the Dragons. Lynley Brown tallied two assists. Hailey Pardieck and Madelyn Fox had assists. McKenzie Hacker and Fox shared the clean sheet in goal. The Dragons are now 3-1 on the season. They next play Saturday at home against Delta.
