The New Palestine girls volleyball team dropped a tight 26-24, 23-25, 25-21, 25-22 match Wednesday at Hamilton Heights. Natalie Sevier had a double-double with 13 kills and 12 digs. Sam Gooding also had a double-double with 10 digs and 40 assists. Azure Flagle led the defense with 35 digs, while Adelynn Crispin had 10 digs. Hayden Ramsey had 12 kills and six digs. Caylee Brown added 11 kills. Cara Steele had seven kills and four digs. The Dragons are now 5-2 on the season. They next play Sept. 3 against Warren Central.
