New Palestine High School

The New Palestine girls golf team swept a triangular meet Thursday at Coffin Golf Course, shooting 173 to beat Southport (187) and Lawrence Central (234). Katie Kelley was match medalist with a 39. Lauren Deering shot 40. Matti Tiede-White had a 44, Elise Weimer 50 and Carlee Poorbaugh 52. The Dragons are next in action Saturday at the New Palestine Invitational.
