New Palestine High School

The New Palestine girls tennis team improved to 3-1 Thursday with a 5-0 victory over Edinburgh. All five Dragons won in straight sets. Olivia Hasenkamp (6-0, 6-0), Mia Knoop (6-0, 6-1) and Courtney Johnson (6-3, 6-0) all swept the singles. At doubles, Josephine Harvey/Bethany Blachly won 6-3, 6-3, while Maddy Potter/Amelia Rojowski won 6-0, 6-0. Sophie Munson played the lone JV match and won 6-0. The Dragons next play Thursday at Yorktown.
