The New Palestine girls tennis team dropped a 4-1 decision Wednesday at Roncalli, moving the Dragons' record to 2-1 on the season. Courtney Johnson won her match 6-1, 6-1 at No. 3 singles. At No. 1 doubles, Bethany Blachly/Josephine Harvey had a close 6-3, 7-5 loss. Olivia Hasenkamp fell 6-2, 6-2 and Kaitlyn Mitchell 6-1, 6-1 at singles. Alyssa Kauchak/Emily Appleby fell 6-2, 6-3 at No. 2 doubles. The Dragons split the JV match. Mia Knoop, Maizy Haynes, Sophie Munson and Amelia Rojowski/Sophie Crickmore won their matches.
