The New Palestine girls tennis team swept the doubles convincingly Tuesday to beat visiting Triton Central 3-2. Bethany Blachly/Josephine Harvey won 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1 doubles, while Alyssa Kauchak/Emily Appleby won 6-1, 6-0 at No. 2. Courtney Johnson clinched the victory for the Dragons with a 6-0, 7-5 victory. The Dragons JV also won 11-2. The Dragons (2-0) are next in action Wednesday at Roncalli.
