New Palestine High School

The New Palestine boys golf team split its first nine-hole match of the year Tuesday at Hawk's Tail. The Dragons shot 178, finishing second to Greenfield-Central (173). The Dragons beat Whiteland (180). Alex Cofer led the Dragons with a 40 and was co-match medalist. The Dragons are next in action Thursday at Hawk's Tail against Knightstown.
