New Palestine High School

The New Palestine boys golf team opened its season Saturday at the 18-team Yorktown Invitational at The Players Club. The Dragons shot 347, finishing 11th. Guerin Catholic (288) won the event. Landon Beaty led the Dragons with an 82. Nick Barada shot 85 and Luke Cofer 87. Ryker Bland added a 93. The Dragons are back in action Monday with a dual meet at Eastern Hancock.
