New Palestine High School

The New Palestine boys volleyball team went 2-2 in Saturday's Noblesville Invitational, winning its last two matches on the day. The Dragons started the day with a 25-13, 25-16 loss to Franklin, then dropped a 25-9, 25-18 match to Franklin Central. The Dragons finished pool play with a 25-19, 25-12 victory over Columbia City. In the fifth-place match, the Dragons beat Lafayette Jeff 23-25, 25-20, 15-12. The Dragons (2-4) are back in action Tuesday at home against Beech Grove.
