The New Palestine tennis team beat Batesville 4-1 Wednesday on the road. The Dragons swept the singles, as Arabella Deisher won 6-3, 6-2; while both Bethany Blachly and Kaitlyn Mitchell won their matches 6-0, 6-0. At No. 1 doubles, Maizy Haynes/Riley Watts won 6-1, 6-1. Alyssa Beller/Addison Ballard dropped a 6-2, 6-0 decision at No. 2 doubles. The Dragons are next in action Thursday at Yorktown.
