Andrew Wooton shot a 39, tying for medalist honors, to lead the New Palestine boys golf team in a 161-169 loss to Franklin Central Tuesday at Smock Golf Course. Cooper Hurst shot a 42 for the Dragons. Jackson Clark and Owen McAfee each shot 44s. The Dragons are next in action Wednesday at Stony Creek against Hamilton Southeastern.
