The New Palestine gymnastics team had another strong outing Wednesday, beating Franklin Central 105.625-96.15. The Dragons swept the top five places on floor exercise. J.J. Fee, in her first meet back from injury, won with a 9.425. Lynzie Stiller was second (9.175), followed by Lexi Hall (8.875), Kalle Jones (8.85) and Olivia Frank (8.65). The Dragons took five of the top six places on bars. Hall (8.85) won. Stiller was third (8.65), Fee fourth (8.175), Chiara Polo fifth (8.05) and Frank sixth (7.725). Hall won vault with 8.925. Frank was third (8.4), Stiller fourth (8.35) and Polo sixth (8.25). On balance beam, Hall finished second (9.0), with Fee third (8.925), Polo fourth (8.875), Jones fifth (8.825) and Stiller sixth (8.475). Hall won the all-around (35.65), with Stiller third (34.65), Fee fourth (34.55), Polo fifth (33.325) and Jones sixth (33.275). The Dragons are next in action Saturday at the Bloomington North Valentine's Invitational.
