New Palestine High School

The New Palestine boys wrestling team went 3-0 at Saturday's New Palestine Invitational. The Dragons beat Triton Central 66-11, Eastern Hancock 78-6 and Bishop Chatard 47-25. Nine Dragons went unbeaten on the day - Blake Doss, Wes Harbert, Landon Stranger, Cole Vandygriff, Gunner Butt, Bryce Doss, Gabe Flick, Colin Whetsel and William Glesing. The Dragons are now 3-2 on the season. They next compete Wednesday in a dual meet with Greenfield-Central. The Dragons' JV team went 2-3 in a varsity meet at Cascade, beating North Putnam and Cloverdale.
