New Palestine High School

The New Palestine volleyball team won the first set Monday, but dropped a tight match 26-28, 25-21, 25-20, 25-17 to Noblesville. The Dragons moved to 26-3 on the season. Hayden Ramsey had 14 kills and six blocks, while Natalie Sevier added 11 kills. Caylee Brown and Josie Corbett tallied eight kills each, while Corbett also had seven digs. Elena Cook tallied six kills and four blocks. Azure Flagle tallied 15 digs to lead the Dragons' defense, while Sam Gooding had eight digs and 45 assists. The Dragons are next in action Tuesday at home against Shelbyville for Senior Night.
