New Palestine High School

The New Palestine girls soccer team took command early Tuesday in a 3-0 victory at Franklin Central. Abby Lambdin started the scoring off with a great shot from outside the box. Tylar Whitaker then found space and scored twice, upping her season total to 11 goals. Hailey Pardieck and Rylee Hurst each had an assist. McKenzie Hacker and Ady Eakin shared the clean sheet in goal. The Dragons (5-1) host Yorktown at 7 p.m. Thursday.
