New Palestine High School

The New Palestine tennis team finished third in Saturday's Noblesville Invitational. The Dragons scored 22 points to finish third to Noblesville (30) and Evansville Memorial (27). NP finished just ahead of Mt. Vernon (20) and Plainfield (19). Moses Haynes and Max Havel went a perfect 3-0 to win at No. 1 doubles, beating Evansville Memorial in the final. Arjomand Khokhar was fourth at No. 1 singles. At No. 2 doubles, Andrew Hahn/Carson Rush also finished fourth. The Dragons finished fifth at both No. 2 singles - where Joey McPike and Joel Dorval both played - and No. 3 singles, which was split between Brady Torzewski and Tyler Walter. The Dragons are next in action Tuesday against Waldron.
