New Palestine High School

The New Palestine volleyball team took command in the middle of the first two sets, then rallied from an eight-point deficit in the third to beat Hamilton Heights 25-14, 25-15, 25-19 Wednesday. The Dragons improved to 9-0 on the season and have dropped just two sets in their nine victories. Natalie Sevier had a double-double with 17 kills and 11 digs. Hayden Ramsey added 13 kills and two blocks, while Josie Corbett had eight kills and eight digs. Azure Flagle led the defense with 17 digs. Samantha Gooding added 33 assists and seven digs. The Dragons JV also won in two sets. The Dragons are next in action Thursday at Whiteland.
