Volleyball falls to Noblesville

The New Palestine volleyball team dropped a 25-20, 25-11, 25-16 decision Monday to Noblesville. The Dragons and Millers played an even first set, with neither team gaining more than a two-point lead until it was 20-20, when Noblesville finished with a five-point run. The Millers continued that run into the second set to take an early lead. In the third, the Dragons had a solid five-point rally on Honour Mallory's serve, but the Millers were able to use their balance up front to take the lead. Reagan Kleiman had 13 kills and five digs. Lauren Wilson added a double-double with 10 kills and 11 digs. Azure Flagle also tallied 11 digs. Mallory added six digs. Isabella Gizzi had 30 assists and seven digs. The Dragons are now 21-4 on the season. They next play Tuesday at home against Shelbyville.
