New Palestine High School

The New Palestine boys tennis team was competitive Tuesday, but dropped a 5-0 decision to a strong Whiteland team. The Dragons pushed two matches to three sets. At No. 2 singles, Joey McPike fell 6-2, 0-6, 7-5. At No. 1 doubles, Moses Haynes/Max Havel dropped a 6-2, 5-7, 6-2 decision. Arjomand Khokhar fell 6-0, 6-2 at No. 1 singles, while Brady Torzewski fell 6-2, 6-3 at No. 3. At No. 2 doubles, Carson Rush/Luke Bartusek fell 6-1, 6-4. The Dragons JV fell 4-1. The Dragons are back in action Thursday at Yorktown.
