New Palestine High School

The New Palestine tennis team dropped a 4-1 decision Thursday to Greenfield-Central in the Mt. Vernon sectional semifinal. Sophomore Moses Haynes won his match 6-4, 6-4 in straight sets at No. 1 singles over G-C's C.J. Michalek to advance in the individual tournament. He will continue in individual sectional play next week in the North Central regional. The Dragons finish the season with an 8-11 record.
