New Palestine High School

The New Palestine golf team shot its season-best round Monday in a 167-184 victory over Pendleton Heights at Fall Creek GC. With rain lurking, Lily Kirchner shot a 40, Katie Kelley 41, Hanna Beller 42 and Lauren Appleby 44 to score for the Dragons. Kate Stanfield added a 47 and Zoe Nelson a 48. The Dragons are now 10-4 on the season. They conclude the regular season Tuesday against Mt. Vernon at Hawk's Tail for the Dragons' Senior Day.
