New Palestine High School

The New Palestine girls golf team faced the Richmond Red Devils Wednesday at Hawk's Tail. The Dragons shot 191, while Richmond was incomplete. Hanna Beller led the Dragons with a 46. Zoe Nelson shot 47, Lauren Appleby 48 and Katie Kelley 50. The Dragons' other scorers were a 51 from Lily Kirchner, 54 from Kate Stanfield, Ava Hasecuster and Matti Tiede-White each shot 58s, Lauren Purnell a 59, Janie Hamilton 60 and Marisa Dillon 64. The Dragons are next in action Thursday at Hawk's Tail against Shelbyville.
