The New Palestine gymnastics team finished second in Thursday's home opener at The Gymnastics Company, tallying 95.175 points. Columbus North won the meet with 103.925. Richmond was third with 86.1. Lynzie Stiller had the Dragons' top finish, with a second-place finish on floor exercise with a score of 8.7. Olivia Frank was third (8.525) and Reagan Seal fifth (8.45). On vault, Stiller was third with 8.85 points. Chiara Polo was fifth (8.35), while Seal was sixth (8.3). On uneven bars, Stiller finished third (7.65) and Frank tied for fifth (7.25). On balance beam, Frank and Seal tied for sixth (7.95). Stiller finished fourth in the all-around (32.4), with Frank fifth (31.95). The Dragons are back in action at 11 a.m. Saturday at The Gymnastics Company with an invitational.
