In the second, Vivian Miller hit 3-of-4 from the line as each team scored seven points in the frame, allowing the Dragons to take a four-point lead into the halftime break. Blum scored six of the Dragons' eight points in the third quarter, as the hot-shooting Cougars took the lead. In the fourth, Kendra Moore and Tweedy both hit 3-pointers, but the Dragons were unable to complete the comeback. Blum led the Dragons with 19 points. Miller added 13. Tweedy scored eight, Moore five, while Kylee Beranek and Sadey Hughbanks tallied two each. The Dragons are now 8-9 on the season. They next play Tuesday at home against Triton Central.
