The New Palestine tennis team had a strong performance Tuesday, sweeping Waldron 5-0. Moses Haynes was first off the court, winning 6-2, 6-0 at No. 1 singles. Arjomand Khokhar won 7-5, 6-3 and Brady Torzewski 6-2, 6-2 at singles. Max Havel/Eli Sloan won 6-2, 6-0, while Dawson Lynch/Tyler Wilson won 6-1, 6-1. The Dragons JV also won 7-0. The Dragons (4-6) are next in action Thursday at Shelbyville.
