Boys tennis sweeps Shenandoah

The New Palestine boys tennis team returned home Thursday to play its fourth match in as many days. The Dragons dispatched visiting Shenandoah 5-0. At No. 1 singles, Moses Haynes won 6-1, 6-1 to continue his strong start to the season. Arjomand Khokhar won 6-1, 6-3 at No. 2 singles, while Brady Torzewski tallied his first varsity singles victory at No. 3, 6-0, 6-4. Max Havel/Eli Sloan won 6-0, 6-4 at No. 1 doubles. Will Hahn/Joey McPike won 6-3, 6-3 at No. 2 doubles. The Dragons' JV also won 5-1. The Dragons (2-5) are next in action Saturday at the Noblesville Invitational. The JV team also won 5-1.
