New Palestine High School

The New Palestine girls volleyball team jumped out to an early lead and controlled the match Thursday in a dominant 25-9, 25-18, 25-16 victory over Pendleton Heights. The Dragons improved to 18-1 overall and 3-0 in Hoosier Heritage Conference play with the victory. Adelynn Crispin had a double-double with 10 kills and 10 digs to lead the Dragons. She also had two blocks. Alex Gooding added eight kills and nine digs. Elena Cook and Ella Moeller tallied five kills each. Moeller added two blocks. Cook tallied four aces. Brileigh Tincher led the Dragons with 15 assists and five digs. Kennedy Armstrong added 13. Emmi Robinson led the Dragons' defense with 11 digs and also had four aces. Haven Flagle added six. The Dragons next play Monday at Mooresville.
