New Palestine High School

The New Palestine boys tennis team won its 10th straight match Tuesday, beating visiting Pendleton Heights 4-1. All four wins were in straight sets. Carson Rush (6-1, 6-0), Tyler Walter (6-0, 6-0) and Brock Hehmann (6-2, 7-5) swept the singles. Jackson Clark/Davis Harrison won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 doubles. Brady Groce/Jack Hehmann fell 6-3, 1-6, 10-8 at No. 2 doubles. The Dragons are now 12-1 on the season and 3-1 in HHC play. They next play Wednesday at home against Batesville. The Dragons JV won 5-0. Blake Wilson, Braedyn Shaffer, Ian Uhl, Gavin Berry/Jacob Kleine and Sam Busby/Cooper Harman all won.
