The New Palestine volleyball team swept Triton Central 25-10, 25-15, 25-4 Thursday night. The Dragons had a balanced attack. Azure Flagle led the defense with 13 digs and four aces. Bella Brownfield also tallied 13 digs and added eight kills. Sam Gooding had five digs and 36 assists to go along with an ace and a block. Rachel Burke had seven kills, an ace and a block. Nyla Lewis had six kills and two digs. Natalie Sevier added seven kills. Josie Corbett had five kills and an ace. Hayden Ramsey tallied four kills. Mallory Green added two kills. "We did a nice job taking care of our side tonight," Dragons coach Kelli Gabehart said. "We only made eight unforced errors the entire match and I am really proud of that. Sam set a balanced offense and put the girls in position to shine." The Dragons (19-4) are next in action Saturday at the Richmond Invitational.
