New Palestine High School

The New Palestine boys golf team shot 316 Saturday to finish third at the 20-team Whiteland Invitational at The Legends in Franklin. Center Grove won the tournament with a 289. Luke Cofer and Will Clark each shot 77 to lead the Dragons. Jackson Clark added an 80 and Cooper Hurst an 82. Andrew Wooton's 85 was the fifth score. The Dragons are next in action Wednesday at The Players Club against Yorktown.
