New Palestine High School

The New Palestine boys tennis team continued its winning ways Thursday, sweeping Triton Central 5-0 in a competitive match. All three singles players won in straight sets, with Moses Haynes winning 6-4, 6-2, Arjomand Khokhar 6-1, 6-1 and Brady Torzewski 6-0, 6-2. At doubles, Max Havel/Joey McPike won 6-3, 1-6, 6-4, while Eli Sloan/Tyler Wilson won 6-3, 6-4. The Dragons also won the JV match 5-0, with Carson Rush, Luke Bartusek, Joel Dorval, Nick Parrett/Andrew Hahn and Jesse Isaacs/Carter Willey all winning. The Dragons are now 8-4 on the season. They next play Monday at Richmond.
