The New Palestine volleyball team improved to 3-1 on the season Thursday with a 25-16, 25-20, 24-26, 25-20 victory over visiting Guerin Catholic. Lauren Wilson had a monster night with 24 kills, 12 digs and two aces. Reagan Kleiman added 13 kills and four blocks. Isabella Gizzi paced the offense with 42 assists. She also had four kills and six digs. Bella Brownfield had four kills and five digs, while Rachel Burke had four kills. Defensively, libero Honour Mallory led the Dragons with 18 digs. Azure Flagle added 12 digs and two aces. Nyla Lewis had seven digs and Kyndra Montieth six. The Dragon JV won 25-5, 25-8. The Dragons (4-1) are next in action Wednesday at home against Hamilton Heights.
