New Palestine High School

The New Palestine volleyball team rallied from dropping the first set to pull away to a 23-25, 25-23, 25-14, 25-18 home victory Wednesday over Perry Meridian. The victory improved the Dragons' record to 15-2 on the season. Azure Flagle had a double-double with 20 digs and 10 aces. Bella Brownfield had 17 kills and Natalie Sevier 15. Kyndra Monteith added 12 digs. Sam Gooding had 42 assists. The Dragons' JV and freshman teams also both won in two sets. The Dragons are back in action Thursday at Pendleton Heights.
