New Palestine High School

The New Palestine gymnastics team finished sixth in the state at Saturday's IHSAA State Finals, scoring 107.3 points. Homestead won the state title with 112.125, with Carroll (Allen) the runner-up at 112.025. Lexi Hall was top 10 on balance beam, finishing seventh (9.275). Kalle Jones was 50th (8.325) and Lynzie Stiller 51st (8.3). On vault, Hall was 20th (9.275), Stiller 31st (9.025) and Olivia Frank 37th (8.95). On bars, Olivia Clark was 25th (8.875), Frank 36th (8.6) and Stiller 48th (8.35). On floor, Hall, Stiller and Frank all tied for 23rd (9.225). Hall finished 13th in the all-around (36.775). Stiller was 3th (34.9) and Frank 38th (33.975).
