The Dragons golf team shot 388 Saturday to finish second to Franklin County in the 11-team Connersville Invitational at Willowbrook Country Club in Connersville. Katie Kelley finished fifth overall in the tournament with a 93 to lead the Dragons. Lauren Deering added a 97, Lily Kirchner 98, Lauren Appleby 100 and Hanna Beller 101. Appleby led the Dragons on the greens with 28 putts over 18 holes. The Dragons are next in action Tuesday at Morristown.
