New Palestine High School

The New Palestine boys wrestling team opened 2026 with a victory, beating host Franklin Central 41-29 Thursday in a dual meet. Winners for the Dragons were Sebastian Stilts, Wes Harbert, Braeden Lintner, Emmit Abernathy, Gunner Butt, Isaiah Jones, Colin Whetsel and William Glesing. The Dragons are now 9-2 on the season. They next compete Saturday morning in the IHSWCA Team State Duals at Franklin.
