New Palestine High School

The New Palestine boys wrestling team had a big day Wednesday, beating rival Mt. Vernon 58-18 in a home meet. The Dragons improved to 8-2 in dual meets with the victory. The Dragons won 11 of the 14 weight classes en route to the victory. Winners for the Dragons were Kaeden Nelson, Blake Doss, Wes Harbert, Braeden Lintner, Landon Stranger, Gunner Butt, Emmit Abernathy, Carson Clements, Isaiah Jones, Colin Whetsel and William Glesing. The Dragons are next in action Saturday at the Henry Wilk Classic at Penn.
