New Palestine High School

The New Palestine golf team finished ninth out of 16 teams at Saturday's Lapel Invitational at Edgewood Country Club in Anderson. The Dragons shot 382, led by freshman Katie Kelley's 90. Senior Zoe Nelson added a 95. Lauren Appleby shot 98, while Kate Stanfield and Hanna Beller each added 99s. Noblesville won with a 288, while Hamilton Southeastern was second with a 327 and NorthWood third with 348. The Dragons are next in action Wednesday at Hawk's Tail against Southwestern (Shelby).
