The New Palestine volleyball team went 3-0 Saturday to win the Richmond Invitational.

The Dragons began the day with a 25-13, 25-18 victory over Union County. Jesi Hall had nine kills and Kaelyn Armstrong seven. Grace Myers tallied 17 digs. Sarah Adam had nine digs, 23 assists and five kills. Reina Amones added eight digs.

NP then beat Monroe Central 25-13, 20-25, 15-7 to clinch a spot in the title match. Hall had eight kills and two blocks. Reagan Kleiman had five kills and two blocks. Rachel Popp had six kills. Armstrong added six kills and two blocks. Adam had 22 assists, six digs and four kills.

In the title match, the Dragons beat Richmond 25-17, 25-11. Armstrong had nine kills and Hall seven. Kleiman also had seven kills on 10 attempts. Adam had 23 assists and nine digs. Myers also had nine digs.

The Dragons are back in action Monday at Noblesville.
