The New Palestine volleyball team won its fourth straight match Thursday, beating Whiteland 25-4, 25-5, 25-9.

Sarah Adam had 20 assists and Isabella Gizzi six. Grace Myers led the defense with nine digs.

The Dragons’ offense featured a number of hitters. Rachel Popp had seven kills, Kaelyn Armstrong six kills, Jesi Hall and Kennedy Stephenson five each and Reagan Kleiman four.

The Dragons are now 4-1 on the season. They next play Tuesday at Zionsville.

“That was a solid win against Whiteland,” coach Kelli Whitaker said. “It was nice to give an opportunity to some younger players tonight. Sarah led a balanced attack at the net.”

The Dragon JV won 2-0.
